The European Union has consolidated its position as a world leader in artificial intelligence governance thanks to the approval of the first comprehensive legal framework for the regulation of this technology, the Artificial Intelligence Regulation.

In the report Navigating AI: Regulation Trends Worldwide, we analyze the state of global AI regulation, comparing different regulatory frameworks in various regions of the world: Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
